What we collect

Your name and email when you sign up (or sign in with Google), the videos you upload and the captions we generate, and basic usage details such as your plan and how many minutes you have used. If you pay in PKR, we also keep your transaction ID and payment screenshot to verify the payment.

Your videos

We use your videos only to create your captions. We don't sell them or share them with anyone else. Uploaded and processed files are deleted automatically after a short time.

Services we use

To transcribe your video, the audio is sent to Groq, our AI provider. Sign-in with Google is handled by Google. Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so we never see or store your card number.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working. No advertising cookies.

Your data

You can ask us to delete your account and data any time by emailing hello@captionstudio.app.
